Preview the Downtown Revitalization Plan Draft

AUGUST 21, 2025 - PUBLIC PRESENTATION NOTICE, MIDDLETOWN, IND. – Middletown Main Street’s organization officers and downtown revitalization planning consultants from HWC Engineering invite all community members of Middletown to attend a presentation of the public draft of the Middletown Downtown Revitalization Plan to be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 6-7p.m. at the Middletown Civic Center (529 Locust St., Middletown, Ind.).

​“Shaping the final plan will be important. The final document will serve as a guidance tool for elected and appointed officials, town staff, Middletown Main Street, and other local organizations to reference when making decisions related to placemaking, beautification, preservation, and redevelopment over the next 10-plus years,” explained Hailey Roark, the project manager for HWC.

“Feedback from the community will be critical as we near the final stages with this planning project,” said Main Street president Brianna Chapman. “We encourage everyone who loves Middletown to come out to attend this preview of the plan on August 27th.”
